This 12-month learnership will provide you with valuable work experience and allow you to complete an accredited Wealth Management NQF Level 4 qualification.

Amathuba Learnership Programme 2025 Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, you must: ✔️ Be a South African citizen between 18 and 30 years old.
✔️ Be unemployed and not enrolled in any other educational institution.
✔️ Have not participated in a Wealth Management NQF Level 4 Learnership before.
✔️ Hold a Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
✔️ Meet the following subject requirements:
- English: 50% or above
- Official Second Language: 50% or above
- Pure Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy: 50% or above
✔️ Be available to start in May 2025.
Amathuba Learnership Programme 2025 Application Process
- Submit your CV (PDF or Word format) including:
- Personal details (ethnicity, gender, nationality, age)
- Matric subjects and results
- Residential address
- Disability status (yes/no)
- List of completed or incomplete qualifications
- Shortlisting: If you meet the requirements, you will be invited to complete online assessments.
- Video Interviews: Successful candidates will proceed to the next round, where they will record a video interview for review.
- Final Interviews: Selected candidates will attend in-person interviews with line managers.
- Offers Extended: Final offers will be made by April 2025.
