Purpose of the Job

RAF Data Capturer Job / Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support to the respective department, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal processes.

RAF Data Capturer Job Key Responsibilities

1. Compliance Administration

  • Maintain up-to-date written documentation for departmental activities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
  • Stay informed about internal regulations and business objectives.

2. Office Coordination

  • Follow up on outstanding matters and ensure timely responses.
  • Manage stationery supplies for the department.
  • Verify submitted documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain accurate records and registers.
  • Allocate reference numbers and update documents in relevant systems.
  • Assign tasks to team members and track progress.
  • Draft and send official letters to stakeholders.

3. Meeting Support

  • Schedule and arrange department meetings.
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes according to governance standards.
  • Maintain a register to track pending issues and resolutions.
  • Confirm meeting schedules and manage team calendars.
  • Arrange appointments with internal and external stakeholders.

4. Document and Records Management

  • Oversee records management and filing processes in compliance with RAF policies.
  • Ensure an up-to-date and functional filing system.
  • Retrieve requested information efficiently.
  • Safeguard document confidentiality.
  • Record incoming documentation and file appropriately.

RAF Data Capturer Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Matric / Grade 12 Certificate

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative or similar role.
