Purpose of the Position
The Data Capturer supports the M&E team by collecting, consolidating, and managing weekly, monthly, and quarterly health data. The role ensures accurate reporting from healthcare facilities to improve project success.
Duties and Responsibilities for TB HIV Care Job
As a Data Capturer, your responsibilities include:
- Capturing and consolidating facility and partner data
- Ensuring timely submission and consolidation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly data
- Structuring and formatting data reports
- Updating internal databases regularly
- Maintaining a register of responsible personnel per facility
- Escalating issues of late data submissions
- Liaising with project managers and Department of Health staff
- Supporting administrative and filing tasks as needed
