Position Purpose
To gain practical experience and exposure in a position of responsibility and to prove that his education, training, experience and professional development have enabled him to discharge, in full, the responsibilities of a Property Management Professional. The opportunity exposes candidates to the operations, control, maintenance and oversight of real estate and physical property.
Position Outputs

Qualifications and Experience
Relevant tertiary Qualification (NQF 6/7) Bachelor of Science or Commerce in Property Studies, Property Valuation, or other Real Estate Related Stream or Information Management, Data Science or Finance.. • National Diploma in real estate studies (NQF 6) are encouraged. Postgraduate Studies are an added advantage • Some vocational experience would be an added advantage • A positive attitude and a growth mindset is an absolute.
