Job Description

The YES Programme (Youth Employment Service) is a national initiative designed to empower unemployed youth with their first real work experience. As part of TFG’s commitment to building future talent, this programme offers a life-changing experience for young individuals ready to learn, grow, and contribute in a vibrant retail environment.

Requirements TFG YES Programme Opportunity

To qualify, applicants must:

Be South African citizens aged 18–28
Have a Grade 10 (minimum) or Matric (preferred)
Be available to work full-time on a 12-month fixed contract

Not be employed in a permanent role for over a year
Not be studying full-time during the programme period
Not have previously participated in the YES programme
Be responsible for their own accommodation and transport (if applicable)
