Duties & Responsibilities for Ster-Kinekor cinema job opportunity
As a Multi Skilled Employee, you’ll rotate between different cinema functions depending on operational needs. Your main responsibilities will include:
Box Office & Sales Support
- Process ticket and product sales at counters
- Upsell promotional offers and combos
- Ensure all promotional displays, movie posters, and age restrictions are clearly visible and updated
Food & Beverage Services
- Prepare popcorn, slush, and snacks according to Ster-Kinekor standards
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen and counter areas
- Ensure food products are sealed, stored, and labeled correctly
Guest Experience & Cleanliness
- Greet and assist guests professionally
- Maintain a clean, presentable personal appearance
- Uphold cinema cleanliness, including storerooms and kitchen areas
Health, Safety & Security
- Submit H&S reports as scheduled
- Follow uniform and safety standards
- Ensure the safety of yourself and others on shift
