Key Responsibilities: Retail Sales Associate Position
- Representing Our Brand: Serve as an ambassador for Totalsports by delivering an outstanding customer experience at all times.
- Exceed Customer Expectations: Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions that go beyond expectations.
- Sales Target Tracking: Monitor and evaluate sales performance regularly to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest trends in sports apparel, fitness gear, and lifestyle products.
- Opportunities for Sales: Actively seek new sales opportunities and help customers with their purchasing decisions.
- Stock Management: Assist with the replenishment of stock and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.
Qualifications & Experience: Retail Sales Associate Position
- Grade 12 (Matric) is a minimum requirement.
