Key Responsibilities Virtual Financial Advisor Learnership:

  • Sales and Service Delivery Focus: Support seamless sales activation, conversion, and fulfillment for both new and existing customers.
  • Building Customer Relationships: Provide exceptional service through consultative relationships, increasing customer loyalty and generating business referrals.
  • Sales Conclusion & Activation: Apply your knowledge to ensure timely and efficient sales activation, addressing customer sales-related queries promptly.
  • Customer Experience Management: Enhance the brand experience by managing interactions with various customer segments.
  • Managing Transactions: Perform tasks according to pre-set daily schedules, adjusting as necessary, while maintaining accurate reports and providing monthly insights.
  • Risk & Governance Compliance: Adhere to internal and external risk policies, ensuring compliance with NCA, FICA, and FAIS legislation.

Qualifications & Experience Virtual Financial Advisor Learnership:

  • Minimum Educational Requirement: Completed Diploma in Finance.
  • Additional Qualifications (Advantageous): Financial planning certifications or RE5 certification will be a preference.
  • Start Date: Learnership commences on 1 April 2025 and lasts for 12 months.
